A night of dripping woes

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the marina and JBR. The room was clean, ensuring a welcoming environment despite challenges.

Unfortunately, I faced a dreadful night due to a persistent leak in the room, making sleep difficult. the reception staff was unhelpful and rude.

Incredible location just a short walk from the beach, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen that made our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, but the floors could use a serious cleaning as they collected dirt quickly. Maintenance issues like faulty room keys and electrical problems were frustrating, and daily towel shortages compounded the experience. Housekeeping was generally efficient, but the atmosphere felt a bit tired overall.

during my stay, I absolutely loved the easy access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, along with vibrant spots like the Dubai Marina Mall and The Walk at JBR, making it easy to explore the city on foot and soak in the local atmosphere.

The location is fantastic, close to the tram station and beaches. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and perfect for families. Staff members are helpful and welcoming. A 24-hour supermarket next door is really convenient. It felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay.

Indoor pool was nice for kids. Check-in was slow and frustrating.

Enjoyed our spacious room, excellently maintained with all necessary amenities. The short walk to the beach made it easy to explore, and the local supermarket next door was super convenient. Tip for families, mess-free kitchen facilities helped significantly during our stay!

The location was super close to the beach. Our apartment was spacious with great views! Staff were very helpful, and the housekeeping even scheduled cleanings around our baby’s nap times, which was totally appreciated.

Walking into the place, there was an unpleasant smell that took a bit of time to air out. The decor felt outdated, and while the apartment claimed to accommodate a group, there were not enough slippers for everyone, with just two available for four rooms. The overall cleanliness was a disappointment. the floors were wet and sticky, and there was a noticeable lack of towels, often only providing two for a party of seven. Little things like the lack of a restaurant on-site and missing kitchen supplies like ample trash bins added to the frustration. the room keys continually malfunctioned, locking us out multiple times, which became a tedious hassle during our stay.

It was just an excellent fit for a fleeting trip in Dubai with good value for cost. The apartment was really spacious with large windows that let in plenty of light. Better check the cleanliness of kitchen utensils before use.

Would recommend for a cursory stop

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, the kitchen amenities made our stay convenient with easy access to grocery shopping below the building.
